Built for Crisis Scenarios

In a worst-case scenario, a traditional sleeping bag isn’t always going to cut it. We designed this emergency sleep system with an internal aluminum coating that reflects up to 90% body heat, ensuring that your core temperature remains in a safe zone.

Unlike the many disposal mylar bivvies on the market, the LIMA-TANGO Survival emergency bivouac is built from ultra-durable aluminum-coated rip-stop nylon with no taped seams. You can expect our sleep system to hold up to regular wear and tear.

Smart Features

The foot end of our bivouac bag has a velcro closure for ventilation when you need it. The foot end also features two loops on both sides for hanging or tensioning. The width of the head opening can be adjusted with a drawstring. Cinch it as needed for extra warmth and protection.

In extremely dire crisis scenarios, you’ll be glad to have a two-man size that allows you to generate life-saving heat with body-to-body contact. To increase comfort and warmth, simply combine it with another sleep system, such as a sleeping bag or woobie.

Our sleep system is two-toned for versatility. The high-visibility orange top that can help rescue teams locate you if you’re lost or injured. The dark gray bottom of the bivouac bag provides a stealthy, low-profile alternative for hiding and blending into your surroundings.

We also designed this emergency bivouac to be easy to store and carry. When stored, it’s just 9 inches by 3.5 inches, perfect for carrying in a pack or stashing under a vehicle seat. Unpacked, it opens up to 86 inches long and 55 inches wide, spacious enough for two average-sized men.
